The recipes are all easy to make. My favourites were the berries recipes from Week 4, and the salad dressing recipes from Week 5.

The course has shown me how inadequate - not to mention uninteresting and bland - my vegetarian diet was before.

The knowledge I have gained and the variety now in my diet is enabling me to plan and eat in a much more healthy way which will no doubt enable me to be so much more healthy and aware of what I am putting into my body.
