"I have struggled with my weight all my life. I was a chubby kid, and as I grew up I found that unless I constantly restricted how much I was eating, I would gain weight. I was always on a diet of one kind or another.

I first saw Robyn because I was worried about my cholesterol level which was 7.6. I also had high blood pressure and had been on medication for that, for 3 years.

Robyn introduced me to the idea of eating to get maximum nutrients for minimum calories. At the start I struggled a bit to adapt to this way of eating, but now I find it's just second nature. I don't crave any of the foods I used to love before.

I lost on average 1 kg per week while eating lots of food. My body didn't go saggy like it did on previous diets that I'd tried.

My blood pressure dropped so much I was able to wean off my medication, and my cholesterol went down to 5.2 - without taking drugs.
