19th October - It's easy being green: what's so good about green leafy vegetables (including sea vegetables), and how to get more of them into your diet. 26th October - The low-down on legumes: why they should be staple items in your diet, and how to prepare them in delicious ways. 2nd November - Must have more mushrooms: health benefits of mushrooms, and tasty recipes. 9th November - Berry good nutrition: the many nutritional bonuses in berries, and how to incorporate more of them into your diet. 16th November - Salads and salad dressings to make you sing: why raw vegetables are so important in the diet, how the right dressings make them even better, and tasty recipes for both. 23rd November - Nuts and seeds - all they're cracked up to be: why nuts and seeds - not oil - should be the major source of fat in your diet, and how to incorporate them into your meals.
